Week 2 – Registration vs Unregistered
Provider pathways, obligations and risk considerations.
Week 3 – Pricing & Getting Paid
NDIS price guide, claiming supports and avoiding payment issues.
Week 4 – Policies & Compliance Systems
Core policies, documentation and meeting Practice Standards.
Week 5 – Intake & Service Agreements
Screening participants and setting clear expectations.
Week 6 – Staffing & Service Delivery
Staff requirements, progress notes and quality supports.
Week 7 – Referrals & Sustainable Growth
Building relationships and growing safely in the sector.

Delivery

2 hour sessions weekly with fortnightly group coaching. Comprehensive workbook and resource pack will be supplied.
